This gem may very well be the best vegan restaurant in Mallorca and perfectly fuses Spanish and international cuisine that bursts with flavour and is made from organic and local produce. La Mujer de Verde is open for lunch every day and for dinner during the summer, and they add new delicious dishes to their menu each week. The atmosphere and space are just as amazing as the food, with minimalist decor and local art all over the walls. We highly recommend trying the Greek moussaka, Heura skewers, and Avellana dessert!

Botanic is a must, whether you are vegan or not, as it has been listed as one of the most beautiful restaurants in the world. It is located in a gorgeous garden in the stylish Can Bordoy Hotel in Palma, and it is the island's first plant-forward restaurant. Botanic offers a fine dining experience and turns local produce into the most tantalizing meals. The restaurant is known for its daring, sexy, and vibrant food creations with an eco-conscious twist.
