Our 'Immerse' section looks at Mallorca's art and cultural scenes as well as the island’s diverse historic influences. We spotlight individuals and communities defining Mallorcan culture and style and show you some of the best places to experience Mallorca’s rich cultural heritage.  Through 'Savour', we invite you discover Mallorca’s diverse food and wine culture – from the farmer’s growing the food to the chefs making it and everything between. We will spotlight local festivals celebrating local produce and some of our favourite places to buy it. ‘Thrive’ encourages wellness and a balanced lifestyle that embraces the beauty of our surroundings. We will feature yoga studios, personal coaches, meditation practices, healthy food options and other holistic lifestyle needs. 'Indulge' is about the best of the island's style, from fashion to accessories, and 'Discover' will help you explore the regions of Mallorca and discover its unending charm.

Blaire Dessent brings over 20 years experience working in the fields of art and design in New York and Paris. She has collaborated with magazines including Wallpaper*, TL magazine, Openhouse and AD China, interviewing leading creatives, writing travel features, reviews and essays. Since 2016, she has been based in Mallorca, settled in the Tramuntana mountains, but endlessly enamoured with the vibrant creative and entrepreneurial spirit found across the island.
Hélène Huret

A journalist and author, Hélène has been living in Palma since 2017. Passionate about the island's nature, people, history and future, with a passion for gastronomy, Hélène writes guidebooks on Menorca and Mallorca for Gallimard and collaborate to View Mallorca. She also teaches at Ferrandi (a food and management school) in Paris. Hélène and her partner Stephan ran La Fabrique, a restaurant in Santa Catalina, for 4 years. 
Duncan Kendall

Duncan is a British photographer who has shot covers and features for a variety of international clients. After previously living in London and the U.S.A, he now resides in Mallorca. Duncan’s work reveals a love of visual narrative and mystery combined in the elements of human lives and events. With a meticulous eye for detail and a ‘mini film’ approach to photography, Duncan’s images are created on a huge scale. He thrives on problem solving and developing creative ideas. Whether shooting an ad campaign, a highly stylized portrait or a candid snapshot, Duncan’s photographs take the viewer on an exploratory journey through the mediums of humour and powerful storytelling.
Annie Sophie

Anne-Sophie Castro is French and has lived in Mallorca for 5 years. Passionate about nature, she finds in the Sierra de Tramuntana the perfect balance and inspiration to carry out all her projects. A graduate of London's Central Saint Martin's and Esmod Paris, Anne-Sophie is a journalist specialising in textiles and fashion. For more than 20 years, she has worked for international publishing houses and luxury brands before creating an online magazine dedicated to sustainable fashion and beauty: Pearls magazine. In parallel, she is a Kundalini Yoga and Hatha Vinyasa teacher certified by the AEKY and Yoga Alliance and enjoys the island as the perfect setting to promote maximum well-being.

Laura is a German writer and virtual assistant with a background in multimedia production, which she studied in Germany after spending two years in New York City. She has previously worked for lifestyle magazines, social media companies and luxury villa rental agencies. Now fully self-employed, she collaborates with international clients from her island home Mallorca, where she lives since 2017. Passionate about wellness and creativity, Laura enjoys hiking, practicing yoga, cooking, reading, photography and travelling the world. What she loves most about Mallorca is the diverse nature, the warmth of the people, the richness of local products, the sunny climate and the overall sense of a small paradise.
